New 2 room apartments available immediately at Thorbeckelaan 368: Klein-Bellavista. We can inform you that these apartments will be delivered this week and the viewings will start!
There are 12 apartments, no apartment is the same. You can find a map in the appendix to indicate the differences. Below we will briefly describe the differences:
The rental price varies between € 619.30 and € 875.00 (excl.)
The service costs for all apartments are € 60.00. - All apartments have 1 bedroom and a separate bathroom.
There are three apartments with an outdoor area (apartment number 1, 2 and 12)
The kitchens of all apartments are equipped with a ceramic hob, luxury mixer tap, built-in fridge freezer and built-in luxury stainless steel extractor hood. Apartments 1 to 7 also have a built-in combi oven / microwave and built-in dishwasher.
All apartments have a private storage room under the complex.
Apartments 7, 10, 11 and 12 have an extra storage room on the living floor.
All apartments, except apartment 2 and 5, have access to the shared bicycle shed.
Apartments are delivered without floor coverings and skirting boards (bare).
The viewings for these apartments will take place upcoming (week 52 and week 53). That is why we ask you, if you are interested, to respond by e-mail as soon as possible. This can be sent to info@woltershousing.nl.
In connection with the corona measures, we will pre-screen whether you can qualify for these apartments. We therefore ask you to send us the following information and documents as soon as possible:
Address you want to be considered for in the subject
- Introduction of yourself + possible co-occupant
- Phone number
- Net income
Documents to be submitted:
- Copy of valid ID (passport preferred) front and back (make BSN number illegible)
- Copy of 3 recent pay slips
- Bank statement or print screen of bank account where salary is stated
- Recent employer's statement
When self-employed
- Copy of valid proof of identity (preferred passport) front and back (make BSN number illegible)
- Annual accounts for the past 3 years
- Copy of extract from Chamber of Commerce
- Auditor's report
If you do not provide us with your introduction, it may mean you will not be invited to visit the property. Your introduction is necessary for us to see if you are able to get the required property and meet the requirements of the owner of this property.
After you have stated your interest, you might receive an e-mail from us or telephone call in which we will invite you to a viewing. This e-mail or telephone call and invitation is no guarantee the apartment will be yours. After visiting a few more steps need to be take.
Wolters Housing does it’s at most best to help everybody and/or to answer you. If in any case we do not react to your request it might mean you do not meet the requirements of the owner of the property or there are already to many people invited to a viewing.
Wolters Housing BV will ensure your private information is taken care of within the European Privacy Rules and Regulations. Your information will only be shared with the owner of the property you want to view but only if you have informed us you want to occupy this apartment after the viewing. If you are not interested in the apartment or not have been selected, your private information will be destroyed and never shared with third parties.
