• A monthly overview of the rent, service costs, maintenance, VAT, etc;
• Monthly transferring rent with calculation of maintenance and costs management;
• Swift informing possible problems with explanation concerning which action we have taken for the solution;
• Head of suppliers for maintenance etc.

WHAT ABOUT COSTS?

We use an extremely simple and transparent formula: YOU pay a percentage of the rent and service costs excl. VAT. This percentage depends on the services you require.
