As you might know this energy certificate is obligated by Dutch Law and regulations if you wat to sell or rent out your property. In coming years, energy efficiency will be more and more important and it will have a negative effect to you as a property owner if you do not have such an energy efficiency certificate. This certificate needs to be provided by a company which is specialized in these matters. You risk a fine as an owner if you do not process an energy efficiency certificate while renting or selling your property.
